He is working as Associate Professor, Department of Agricultural Economics, Extension, Education, Science and Research Branch, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran. He studied at University of Maryland, College Park, United States(1995-1989). His publication are more than 100 articles in reputable international Journals and Advisors to more than 100 Master and PHD students.
